AB AsiaButton亚洲纽扣成立于2003年，是大湾区顶尖的金属钮扣工厂之一，其产品体现了传统工艺与前沿创新的融合。公司在东莞塘厦建有6300平方工业厂房（全资控股东莞市炜华实业有限公司）、在黄冈黄梅建有16500平方米现代化生产车间。本公司生产产品包括有金属四合扣、西裤钩、撞钉、气眼（鸡眼扣）、啪钮按扣、五爪扣（铜质、不锈钢）、D环、孔眼扣、钉线脚钮（立扣）、制服扣、内衣扣、叉扣、金属标、金属徽章、腰带扣、铝制运动扣、鞋扣、帽扣、狗扣、尾夹、弹片、新能源导电弹片、心电极扣等。亚洲钮扣只采用环保材料65#铜材、3#锌合金、不锈钢材质为产品基材；对整个产品生产周期只采用环保电镀、喷漆、包材、物料。
东莞公司业已取得OEKO tex 100 Class I , Higg, Wordly,Smeta 证书,黄冈公司业已取得GMP体系认证。 公司建立污水清洁巡逻循处理系统，且一次性取得当地政府环保证书。
公司内部建有模具房、试验室，配备独立研发设计人员。内部一条龙完成独立设计模具、设计产品、雕刻、CNC加工、线切割、火花机、冲压、压铸、抛光、洗水、装配、激光打标等工序。内部试验室测试项目包括模具适配测试、破坏力、扣合力、色差、色牢度、水洗、喷砂、高温测试、低温测试、盐雾测试、镍含量定性等项目。
为了确保品质，公司对每一单都进行品检测试，确保产品品质。为了确保四合扣、五爪扣品质，公司采用CCD光学检测体系，对产品外观、尺寸、扣合力进行检测，确保产品品质达标率99.997%，现公司四合扣、五爪扣应用于世界顶尖童装品牌。
